Terms and Conditions: Invoicing & Payment
For clients using rides billed via invoice:
Standard payment term: 7 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to refuse further rides on invoice.
Any granted discounts will be revoked automatically if full payment is not made within the following week.
If a balance remains unpaid:
The case may be handed over to a collection agency or bailiff.
All associated costs, including communication, administrative time, collection fees, bailiff fees, and any legal expenses, will be fully charged to the client.
A late payment interest of 12.5% per year, calculated daily from the due date, will apply automatically without prior notice of default.
A fixed administrative fee of €50 will be charged per overdue invoice.
